COVITA’S mainline of business is the process and trade of preserved cherries. We operates 7-11 months per year processing cherries. Operation of the factory is divided in 1-3 shifts, depending on the availability of raw material. The industry can deal with 50 tons cherries daily.

Characteristics: Whole cherries pitted and destalked, which have been subjected to a glace process. The texture is firm but not tough, the flavor is sweet and without foreign flavors.
